Join us as we transform Opaline into a whimsical playground where you can dance the night away amidst carnival-inspired decor and dazzling lights. Whether you're a seasoned raver or just looking for a unique new experience, you are welcome here!
In 2021, we were just a couple of buddies who bonded over a passion for house music. With nowhere to play but a cramped 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Vancouver, we craved a way to share this passion with the people around us. Our first opportunity came to throw an event in the back room of a little boutique in Portland. It was there that WHYNOT was born.
Over the last few years, we’ve played on the waterfront, in the forest and anywhere else we have been able to connect with the people around us. Our goal is to continue to put on bigger events with a focus on quality, inclusivity, and community. This music brings people together and that is what WHYNOT is all about!
