As autumn approaches, music enthusiasts and festivalgoers are gearing up for Suwannee Hulaween’s highly anticipated 11th annual edition. Taking place from October 24 to October 27, 2024, at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida, this iconic Halloween-centered festival promises to deliver an extraordinary multi-genre experience with its most ambitious lineup to date. Following a sold-out 10th anniversary celebration, Hulaween 2024 is set to make waves with a remarkable array of performances and a host of exciting new features.

At the heart of Hulaween 2024's lineup is the world debut of The Bobby Weir Incident. This groundbreaking collaboration features Grateful Dead co-founder Bobby Weir joining forces with veteran festival favorites, The String Cheese Incident. This unique pairing, which will close the festival with two consecutive sets on Sunday night, promises to be a memorable event. Attendees will be treated to a three-hour exploration of Grateful Dead classics, making this a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for fans.

This year's lineup showcases a mix of iconic headliners and exciting debuts. Joining The Bobby Weir Incident are a diverse roster of musical acts.

Chase & Status: The UK drum and bass legends will bring their high-energy beats.

CloZee: The French producer known for her captivating bass music will return to Hulaween.

Liquid Stranger: Known for his experimental bass music, Liquid Stranger is a fan favorite.

Black Pumas: This GRAMMY-winning duo will bring their soulful sounds to the festival.

Sublime: Featuring original members Eric & Bud with Jakob Nowell, Sublime promises an energetic performance.

Killer Mike: The acclaimed rapper and activist will make his mark on the festival stage.

Tash Sultana: The Australian multi-instrumentalist will offer her unique blend of sounds.

In addition to these headliners, the festival will see the return of beloved electronic acts such as Chris Lake, Of The Trees and one the festival's long-time favorites, Tipper. Newcomers to the festival like Nora En Pure and Umphrey’s McGee are also set to take the stage, ensuring a well-rounded musical experience. One of the most exciting new features of Hulaween 2024 is the OFF LIMITS stage. This innovative addition will be curated by the women-led collective DEFINE EVERYTHING FUTURE (DEF) and will offer a 360-degree immersive experience at Spirit Lake. The OFF LIMITS stage will present a cutting-edge lineup of underground dance music artists.

The stage will be equipped with a Funktion-One sound system, pyro effects by Incendia, and will integrate DEF’s signature production style with the enchanting visual artistry of Spirit Lake. This new experience aims to bring festivalgoers closer to the action with an up close and personal look at some of the most sought-after names in house, techno, and drum 'n' bass. Since its first year in 2013, Suwannee Hulaween has evolved from a burgeoning local event into one of the most highly regarded multi-genre festivals in the US. Founded by Michael Berg and Paul Levine, the festival was designed to offer a diverse musical experience set against the enchanting backdrop of Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. The event quickly gained recognition for its unique blend of music, arts and immersive experiences, capturing the imagination of attendees with its Halloween-themed ambiance and commitment to high-quality performances.

Over the years, Hulaween has grown significantly, expanding its lineup to feature a broad spectrum of genres, from jam bands and bluegrass to electronic and hip-hop. The festival's commitment to curating a diverse and dynamic roster of artists has played a key role in its success, attracting top-tier talent and building a loyal following. The integration of immersive art installations and experiential elements, including elaborate stage designs and interactive art, has further distinguished Hulaween as a festival that goes beyond music to create a fully immersive environment.

In 2018, the festival underwent a major transition with a change in ownership. Despite this shift, Hulaween maintained its core values and continued to deliver high-quality experiences. This year, Berg, along with his partners Chris den Uijl and Aaron Ampudia, has reacquired ownership, bringing the festival full circle. Under their guidance, Hulaween aims to build upon its storied legacy while continuing to innovate and captivate. Berg stated:

The festival offers a range of ticketing options, including General Admission, VIP and specialized packages such as the GA+ and Witch VIP, which include various levels of amenities and camping options.

As always, Hulaween will provide a comprehensive festival experience with primitive camping included in GA, GA+, and VIP tickets. Car and RV camping passes are available for an additional purchase.
